Do you create your own graphics
or is it royalty free clip art? We do both. Many of the images that you see are created directly by The Designers Den. Others we have acquired through purchase or licensor with third party vendors. See our copyright statement for more information. |

What if I have a design in
mind for a note card, can you make it? You bet. Send us a drawing by mail, fax or email and we will get it started. The design possibilities are unlimited. |

PROOFS- Are you able to send proofs
electronically before we commit to a purchase? Yes we can. We will send you a proof in .jpeg format for you to view. We can also export your work into a PDF file and you can view it with Acrobat Reader. If you do not want to see a proof for your order let us know. Your order will go directly to the print queue and this expedites your order. Proofs take 2-3 business days to process once we receive your order. |

Can I purchase items directly
from your web page? Yes you can. Simply go to the specific product page and you can purchase items right from there. Remember most of those items are stock designs but that does not mean that we can not personalize them for your needs. |

I need bulk quantities of the
same card, is there a limit to how many I can purchase? There is no limit to the quantity that you can purchase. If you need a very large order please be sure you give us enough notice so we can meet your timelines. |

Do you accept PayPal
as a payment method on your shopping cart?. Do I have to set up a PayPal account to purchase
from your web site? Yes you can use PayPal to pay for your products. No you do not have to set up a PayPal account. You will always be given the option to set up an account with PayPal but it is not required for you to complete a transaction with The Designers Den. You can use any of the following

How much is
shipping? Our shopping cart connects with the USPS server in real time and will estimate your shipping charges for you at checkout. Orders of $100.00 or more are shipped for free. |

Are you a verified member of PayPal? Yes, The Designers Den is a verified member of PayPal.

PERSONALIZE YOUR ORDER- How do I
personalize my products? At check out you will be given the option to provide personalization on the billing page. There are separate sections for each of our product categories. If you happen to miss this section it is no problem. You can simply email your instructions to us or when we receive your order we will immediately follow up with an email asking for your directions. Once we have your information, we will send you a proof for your approval within 2-3 business days. |

What type of
printer do you use to print your products? We print all of our products on a Xerox Digital Printer/Press. |

What is the
average turn around time of my order before shipping? The average turn around time from the time we receive your order, process your proof, gain your approval, print and package for shipping is 5-7 business days. |
